About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Administrator to join our successful Bid and Tenders team at phs Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Tenders team in the renewal of existing business and winning new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Bid Team core documents are always up to date and maintained in a bid library.
  • Complete Supplier Questionnaires and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires as required.
  • Review incoming potential opportunities, highlighting those that may be relevant and sharing with the relevant sales leads.
  • Maintain the register of wins/losses and client feedback.
  • Support the Head of Tenders with the creation of bespoke reports.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident and professional attitude.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
