Key Responsibilities:

* Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of healthcare professionals and support staff. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
* Financial Oversight: Manage the home's budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
* Family and Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents' families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Represent the home in the local community and maintain a positive image.
* Continuously assess and improve the quality of care and services. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the resident experience.
Qualifications:
* Nurse qualified with an active PIN (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role within a nursing home.
* Previous experience of managing a large-sized nursing home, and a strong track record of CQC compliance
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proven track record of success, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
