Job Summary:

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to lead and contribute to their diverse range of projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee complex town planning projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive planning solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest planning regulations and policies, ensuring that all projects adhere to relevant guidelines and standards.
  • Facilitate community consultations, addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in town planning (private or public sectors), with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
