Head of CX Innovation Job Description

Polar Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of CX Innovation to join our client, a leading global brand in the Technology sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative customer experience solutions across both digital and e-Commerce channels, enhancing customer experience and workforce capabilities through new technologies and building project capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of innovative customer experience solutions
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to capture requirements and advise on solutions and best practice
  • Build and lead a team, developing capabilities and expertise in CX and eCommerce
  • Work closely with customer stakeholders to deliver projects and initiatives
  • Provide advisory and consultative services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with peers and customer stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an enterprise environment
  • Extensive experience in eCommerce and Customer Experience domains and projects
  • Relevant CX and eCommerce IT systems, architecture, and integration experience
  • Proven project management skills
  • Advisory and consultative experience, management consulting experience desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams
  • European or international experience desirable
