Position: Educational Facilitator
Salary: Up to £45,000 annually - plus welcome bonus
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, including one 5 PM finish

We are expanding our services and seeking an Educational Facilitator to join our dedicated team.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
As an Educational Facilitator, you will create engaging, educational experiences tailored to each student, ensuring they achieve positive outcomes.
This position will be both challenging and fulfilling, set in a dynamic environment where you can truly make a difference. You will lead the instruction and coordinate adaptable, student-centered learning programs for individuals and groups. A practical, hands-on teaching approach is essential, along with a commitment to going above and beyond for the young people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a diverse range of subjects
- Preparing, planning, and assessing educational sessions while staying informed about curriculum developments
- Developing and implementing individual education plans, assessing educational progress, and setting ambitious yet attainable goals
- Building strong relationships with students to foster their interest and engagement in learning
- Creating a stimulating and purposeful environment that promotes teaching and learning beyond traditional classroom settings
Essential Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience teaching a variety of subjects at the Primary Level, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction
- Awareness of current educational issues regarding practices, processes, and curriculum
- Experience working in an SEN setting, supporting students with challenging behaviors (SEMH/EBD)
