Finance Business Partner - Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at BILSTEIN, a leading manufacturer of high-quality shock absorbers and suspension systems for the automotive industry.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth and identifying efficiencies within the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and posting monthly accruals, prepayments, and similar accounting entries
  • Analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and reporting findings to senior management in UK & Germany
  • Managing an end-to-end audit process, acting as the first point of contact for external auditors
  • Continually identifying risks to delivery and proposing solutions where necessary
  • Preparing and submitting payroll, duty analysis, and annual statutory accounts alongside our Group Services Team
  • Inventory management, supporting purchasing team and reporting to senior management in UK & Germany

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Excel, SAP, Sharepoint, and experience with creating statutory accounts
  • Experience of Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
  • Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Planning, forecasting, and budgeting knowledge
  • Experience running annual audits
  • Payroll experience would be advantageous but is not essential
