Project Overview

The company is currently seeking a skilled Site Manager/ Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile project in West London. The project involves the conversion of a former commercial building into a music recording studio, art gallery, and boutique restaurant space. The scope of work includes structural alterations, basement excavation, specialist acoustic installations, extensive mechanical and electrical packages, and high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the contracts manager to ensure project goals are achieved
