The Role

In this essential position, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and deploying generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation technologies that align with our strategic objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating the appropriateness of these technologies, identifying redundancies with current solutions, and crafting comprehensive financial justifications for proposed AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Data Science & AI Product to engage with business stakeholders to clarify and define operational needs.
  • Identify and evaluate potential generative AI solutions that can meet the specified operational needs.
  • Assess the compatibility of these solutions within existing business frameworks and processes.
  • Identify overlaps and inefficiencies with current offerings and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of generative AI solutions currently utilized within the organization.
  • Develop detailed and clear financial justifications for AI initiatives, including cost-benefit analyses and return on investment estimates.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in generative AI.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders, including international partners, to ensure the effective implementation of generative AI solutions.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and assist in resolving issues related to generative AI technologies.

  • Expertise in generative AI technologies, machine learning, and automation platforms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the technologies that drive generative AI and their functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and analysis.
  • Experience in project management, particularly with agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on detail.
  • Familiarity with financial metrics and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Solid understanding and experience in Application Portfolio Management.
