About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Solutions Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying solutions to support our customers, preparing comprehensive proposals, and working closely with marketing and external sales teams to qualify, explore, and direct sales leads.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement solutions to meet customer needs, generating comprehensive proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Manage and direct sales leads, working closely with the marketing team to ensure maximum sales coverage.
  3. Create, update, and close off opportunities on our CRM system based on order status.
  4. Proactively follow up on solutions proposals on a daily basis, negotiating with customers to successfully secure orders.
  5. Provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring timely delivery targets for products.
  6. Work within our predefined processes, striving to improve efficiency and suggest alternatives.
  7. Participate in regular training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships within the Busch Group.
  9. Maintain visibility of open quote and order pipeline.

Requirements

  1. Hold a degree in Engineering or Business, or have relevant industry experience.
  2. Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Have technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
  4. Have a solutions mindset and be able to work to deadlines.
  5. Have advanced communication skills and be able to adapt to change.
  6. Have attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent administration skills.
  7. Have intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  8. Have a strong work ethic.
