About the RoleAs a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation. You'll promote and sell our digital consultancy services and building surveys to clients across various industries, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery for new clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent and strategic efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry (consultancy, digital solutions, or surveying).
- Remote telesales experience is a huge benefit but not critical.
- A strong understanding of digital consultancy services and building surveys, including BIM, ISO 19650, and Revit, is preferred but not required. Full training provided.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
