Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to join our client's team in Brighton. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the site
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies
  • Develop and implement plans to improve business performance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, or retail management
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
