Position Summary

We are currently looking for a Full-time Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering technical assistance to our clients, both remotely and on-site as necessary. You will manage issues escalated from the first line support team and ensure that all support requests are addressed promptly and effectively. Additionally, you may occasionally assist with overflow first line support tickets as part of a collaborative team effort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize remote access tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Manage and track support tickets using ticketing systems, adhering to IT service management best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar technical support role, with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and experience within a Managed Services Provider environment.
  • Preferred certifications include ITIL, MCSE, or other relevant qualifications.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Desirable certifications from Microsoft or other recognized industry bodies.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Products and Services is a plus.

Compensation
