Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team in Skegness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the pharmacy service is organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Ensure the pharmacy service is well-organized and efficient.
  • Provide support and assistance to pharmacists, technicians, and dispensers as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • MPharm, BPharm, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven post-qualification experience working in a pharmacy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
