Operations Coordinator Job Description

At Jet2, we're looking for a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our Operations Control Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our flights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the operational flying programme and coordinate support from all teams to ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
  • Provide support to all flying operations, with particular attention to weather, aircraft serviceability, crewing status, and other potential issues that may have an adverse impact.
  • Maintain a flight watch of all company flights and ensure accurate tracking of each aircraft, as well as ensuring all flight information is completed and correctly entered and distributed as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within an airline operations environment, with a strong understanding of the importance of On Time Performance.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and to tight timescales, with a supportive and effective team worker mindset.
