Operations Coordinator

The Operations Control Centre (OCC) within Jet2 is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires a high level of responsibility and pride. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our flights.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the operational flying programme and coordinate support from all teams to ensure compliance with Company and Statutory requirements.
- Provide support to all flying operations, including weather, aircraft serviceability, crewing status, and other potential issues that may have an adverse impact.
- Maintain a flight watch of all company flights and ensure accurate tracking of each aircraft, as well as ensuring all flight information is completed and correctly entered and distributed as required.
- Previous experience working within an airline operations environment, with experience in ground operations, passenger handling, and flying being an advantage.
- Experience as a supervisor or manager in a customer-facing or non-airline operational role would also be considered.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of On Time Performance and experience of working under your own initiative and to tight timescales.
