Nixon McQuade is currently recruiting for an Accounting Support Specialist on behalf of an established company based in Enniskillen.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and eager to contribute to the smooth operation of the company's financial processes.
The Role:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses, utilizing accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow reporting, providing financial insights to the finance team.
- Assist with payroll processing and other finance-related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities, maintaining financial records and reports.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to resolve billing and payment queries, providing excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service.
The Person:
- Previous experience in an accounts administration or accounting assistant role, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
