Challenge-trg Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and identifying discrepancies.
- Stockroom Management: Ensure the secure storage and organization of inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock as needed.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely receipt of materials and supplies, and coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, and able to learn and use ERP systems.
- Inventory Management: Experience with inventory management in a manufacturing environment, including knowledge of stock management principles and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
