About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at Cooper House, a 80-bed residential and nursing home specializing in dementia care.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our service users, working closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to meet their individual nursing and residential care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake and manage direct patient care, having participated fully in the assessment, planning, and evaluation of medical, physical, and social care needs.
- Administer medication safely and create and update individualized care plans and documentation.
- Deliver hands-on nursing care to ensure the well-being and health of our residents.
- Have an excellent understanding of the standards set by CQC.
