About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our dynamic and enthusiastic nurse leadership team at Mill Garth Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, promoting the best interests of clients and carers.
  • Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care that takes account of patient choice and wishes.
  • Monitor and review Nursing Care plans, evaluating patient progress and responding to changes in condition.
  • Contribute to a team approach to patient care, working collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary team.
  • Participate in regular clinical and non-clinical meetings, prioritizing nursing duties and delegating effectively.
  • Maintain a continued level of personal professional development, adhering to preceptorship and revalidation requirements.
