Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and communicate business requirements to drive strategic decision-making
  • Work independently to ensure complete understanding of business needs and develop effective solutions
  • Effectively communicate plans to team and management to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with company goals
  • Perform user acceptance testing to validate solution quality
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to address operational issues and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify and track project benefits to measure ROI
  • Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Assist in project deliverables and contribute to the development of business cases
  • Liaise with project manager on task plans and ensure timely completion
  • Other duties as assigned to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience with agile tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and business analysis principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Proficient in documentation and problem-solving to drive business outcomes
  • Business Analysis certification and prior experience in Insurance sector
  • Project experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
