  • Contribute to BA Practices: Contribute to the development and improvement of our Business Analysis practices and framework, engaging in continuous improvement of existing processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Lloyd's/London market insurance industry as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience in delivering finance system integration projects.
  • Professional qualifications in Business Analysis and Project Management (desirable).
  • Experience in delivering process improvement initiatives, including Lean 6 Sigma (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and processes based on IIBA, PMI, or BCS.
  • Demonstrable ability to plan, execute, and control smaller projects in line with a structured PM environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels within the business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including MS Office, Visio, Access, and Azure DevOps.
