Job Description

The Regulatory Systems Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that Apple Inc.'s products meet all regulatory laws and standards worldwide. This involves leading and enabling cross-functional teams to drive and evaluate products from conception to delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regulatory Compliance: Review and interpret standards against product design requirements, ensuring that Apple Inc.'s products meet all regulatory laws and standards worldwide.
  2. Project Management: Plan and execute delivery of all testing samples and support equipment, maintaining procedures and core regulatory reference material.
  3. Documentation and Reporting: Produce and present concise project data analysis and status reporting information, ensuring internal documentation and processes are maintained and up to date.
  4. Security and Compliance: Maintain security in line with corporate security requirements, reviewing 3rd party data and test reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Engineering Degree (Electrical/Electronic/Wireless Communications)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in RF Systems design and debug activities, experience directly with wireless product development.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, good organisational skills, ability to work under own initiative and pressure.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Detailed knowledge of at least two of the following areas: SAR, EMC, Radiated RF testing (Cellular/Wi-Fi/BT), Conducted RF testing (Cellular/Wi-Fi/BT), good technical understanding of at least two of the following: Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth, GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G, Wireless Power Transfer.
