As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food experiences that fuel our clients' and customers' success. We're looking for a talented Chef to join our team in Melton Mowbray, where you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets our clients' and customers' expectations
* Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure our food services remain innovative and exciting
* Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing changes to drive growth and success
* Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
* Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts that showcase our culinary expertise
* Representing Eurest and maintaining a positive brand image
* Monitoring inventories to ensure our kitchens remain well-stocked and efficient
* Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
* Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
Our ideal Chef will be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You'll hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, have experience supervising a team, and be flexible in your approach to working.
