We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Engineer to join our team in Linthwaite, Huddersfield. As a key member of our Technical Operations team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Automation Systems and for development, implementation and maintenance of validation compliance of computerized systems.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a solid background in Electrical Engineering and strong technical experience in automation, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry. You will be responsible for providing guidance for the resolution of all Automation System related issues, managing external contractors, supporting continuous automation improvement projects, and identifying new opportunities for automation within the manufacturing process.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about making a difference in people's health. You will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics) and strong experience in Automation Systems. Knowledge of computer system validation (CSV) requirements defined by pharmaceutical industry and knowledgeable in cGMP and regulatory requirements is essential.
