Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Development Executive to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects in the insurance industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client and prospect companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months of insurance industry experience.
  • Proven track record of business development success, with a strong understanding of the insurance market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-driven and focused on delivering business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
