Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at We Recruit Group Ltd. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering various health and safety services to ensure compliance on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver health and safety services to ensure compliance on construction projects.
  • Ensure that pre-construction information is readily available for each project and is kept up to date.
  • Prepare health and safety files and construction phase plans where required.
  • Carry out site inspections and ensure that RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement) are in place.
  • Carry out risk assessments and site inspections for project portfolio.
  • Build and develop existing client relationships and develop new ones.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders (architects, contractors, developers, designers, clients) and keep them informed of changes regarding safety in design/risk management.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM or similar professional body (desirable).
  • Good understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations.
  • Client-facing due to the nature of the role.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
