Job Title: Internal Sales Executive or Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our sales team as an Internal Sales Executive or Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a profitable customer portfolio through effective sales strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and develop a profitable customer portfolio through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
  2. Respond to and follow-up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  3. Liaise internally in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues.
  5. Observe competitor activity and gather intelligence.
  6. Liaise with global business units to maximize overall Company sales opportunities.
  7. Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  8. Maintain and update customer database.
  9. Conduct and report account planning strategies when required.

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a UK driving licence, which is essential for this role.
