Position Overview:

Marsh McLennan Companies is on the lookout for Corporate Client Advisors to join our expanding teams across various Southern regions.

Role Summary:

We offer several exceptional opportunities for individuals to become part of our dynamic Corporate Teams as Client Advisors. These positions are available in multiple locations, focusing on the management and retention of an established client portfolio while also identifying and securing new business opportunities.

We welcome candidates from corporate or commercial insurance backgrounds, including sectors such as Education, Public Sector, Property, or Casualty.

This role is ideal for those with a proven track record in supporting Client or Account Executives with placement strategies for insurance renewals and managing mid-term risk adjustments, joining a reputable, market-leading insurance brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marsh Client Executives with placement strategies for insurance renewals and manage mid-term risk changes.
  • Gather and assess underwriting information on behalf of corporate clients to understand their needs.
  • Prepare and submit precise market presentations and documentation in collaboration with Client Executives and the Placement Team.
  • Utilize Marsh's online trading systems to compile and negotiate renewal terms with both existing and potential insurers.
  • Work closely with Client Executives and Placement Teams to generate client reports for renewals.
  • Produce and/or request necessary insurer documentation.
  • Review and provide feedback on indemnity and insurance clauses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing the complete renewal process for corporate or large commercial Property and Casualty insurance programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple inquiries concurrently.
  • A solid understanding of clients' businesses, their challenges, insurance programs, and service plans.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Energetic with prior client-facing experience.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt flexibly as needed.
  • Cert CII qualification and progress towards ACII is advantageous.
