Position Overview: This role is a full-time commitment, requiring 40.5 hours per week. The working hours will be during the day from 08:30 to 20:30, with a 30-minute unpaid break included. Weekend shifts are a necessary part of this position.
Compensation Details: A night shift premium of £1.50 per hour is applicable for hours worked between 8pm and 7am, Monday through Sunday (note that this does not apply to sleep-in shifts). Additionally, a weekend day premium of £2.00 per hour will be provided for shifts from 7am to 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Candidate Profile: We are seeking individuals who are either seasoned care professionals or those eager to embark on a career in the care sector. Your experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory. We provide a comprehensive training and induction program for all new hires.
Key Responsibilities: As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team. Your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management, and meal support.
- Providing escort services and assistance within the facility and during external appointments and events.
- Promoting a Person-Centered approach, fostering independence and helping clients achieve their personal goals.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
