We are seeking an experienced senior staff nurse to join our team as a Deputy Dialysis Clinic Manager. As a key member of our Nottingham clinic, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Main Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Assume responsibility for managing the dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager, ensuring effective leadership and coordination of staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote good working relationships between Diaverum and the NHS.
- Patient Care and Quality
- Provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor and maintain technical equipment, ensuring it is fully operational and water quality conforms to Renal Association Standards.
- Staff Development and Support
- Supervise and support staff with continuous professional development and training, promoting their growth and expertise.
- NMC Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
- A pivotal role in a leading renal care provider with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- A competitive salary up to £42,812 based on dialysis experience and comprehensive benefits package.
- 35 Days Holiday (inclusive of 8 days bank holiday) increasing with service.
