Dialysis Clinic Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Clinic Manager to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Dialysis Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our dialysis clinic, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the clinic's operations, including staff supervision, patient care, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Manage the clinic's budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
- NMC registration with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- At least 5 years of experience in haemodialysis, including at least 2 years at a senior level.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses and practitioners.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
