Meridian Business Support is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medical treatments, providing patient-centered care, and working autonomously to manage your workload and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medical treatments such as IV infusions, injections, and parenteral nutrition.
  • Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on helping individuals regain independence and meet their healthcare goals.
  • Visit 1-3 patients per day, with travel across the region included as part of your working hours.

Requirements
  • Valid NMC Pin and experience as a Registered Nurse.

  • Ability to manage your workload and handle administrative tasks.
  • Basic IT skills for managing reports and patient documentation.
  • A full UK driving license is essential, as extensive travel is part of the role.
