About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our team in Kidderminster. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to meet sales targets
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers with clients
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
