Fine & Country is seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team in Stourbridge & Kidderminster. As a Luxury Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing and selling high-end properties, providing exceptional service to our clients, and working closely with our back office teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement bespoke marketing strategies for each client, utilizing our local, national, and international exposure.
  • Work closely with clients from initial contact to handover, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Market properties to achieve maximum exposure and the highest possible price, following our proven Presentation, Exposure, and Service strategy.
