About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to support our administrative team at Teaching Vacancies. As a Reception and Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

Requirements
