Financial Planning Assistant Opportunity

Lime Search & Select Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Financial Planning Assistant. As a key member of our investment management and financial planning firm, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and supporting our team of experienced financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential new clients to understand their financial planning needs and goals.
  • Provide high-quality investment advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and our firm's standards.
  • Maintain and grow our existing client base, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and develop new business opportunities and investment propositions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Recent qualification with a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or Financial Advice.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably within an IFA firm.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and retirement planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
