About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paraplanner to join our team at Reward Recruitment. As a Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planners in delivering high-quality financial planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Assist financial planners in preparing financial plans, suitability reports, and letters.
  • Cash Flow Modelling: Develop and maintain cash flow models to support financial planning recommendations.
  • Documentation: Prepare and collate documentation to support financial planning recommendations, including investments, pensions, and protection.
  • Client Support: Assist with client meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions as required.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve paraplanning processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Diploma Level Four qualification (or close to achieving) and a desire to achieve Chartered and/or Certified financial planner status.
  • Financial Planning Knowledge: Good understanding of the financial planning process and associated compliance aspects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial planning tools, financial modelling, and back-office software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with financial planners, clients, and other stakeholders.
