Position Title: IT Support Analyst
Compensation: Up to £45,000
Location: Central London
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: On-site
Experience in a fast-paced service desk environment, particularly within a legal or professional services context, is highly advantageous.
Key Duties:
- Deliver 2nd line technical support, escalating issues to senior team members, Technical Operations, and external vendors as needed.
- Maintain and update your individual ticket queue while proactively monitoring open tickets for colleagues to ensure timely resolutions.
- Provide in-person support throughout the organization, maintaining a professional demeanor to assist with client meetings and presentations.
- Manage the deployment and support of mobile devices, along with the setup, relocation, and repair of computers and laptops.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering 2nd line support in a high-demand service desk environment within a legal practice.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, ideally holding a foundational certification.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Word.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting mobile technology, with knowledge of SCCM and Intune.
