Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Antenna Design Engineer to join our team at Langham Recruitment Limited. As a Senior/Principal Antenna Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative antennas with supercomputing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with expert support to design and deliver cutting-edge antennas that meet customer requirements.
  • Manage complex antenna design, product development, and ongoing technical problem-solving.
  • Travel periodically for technical reviews of products.
Requirements:
  • Security clearance eligibility.
  • Experience with Electromagnetic (EM) Simulation for analysis and design optimization using CST Microwave Studio, FEKO, or HFSS.
  • Theoretical and/or practical knowledge of antenna measurement and related equipment, such as VNA and Spectrum Analyser.
  • Experience with model-driven engineering using MATLAB & Simulink.
  • Deep understanding of system requirements to derive design and architecture requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience within the defence industry.
