- Develop new placement opportunities and ensure that communication with employers is timely, effective, and contributes to high employer satisfaction.
- Carry out a wide range of initial, formative, and summative assessments to establish support needs and starting points, which are clearly mapped and track progress through vocational profiling.
- Relevant successful SEND experience.
- Evidence of previous success in gaining employment outcomes with learners with SEND.
- Knowledge and understanding of learning difficulties and disabilities and how these may affect the way students learn.
