Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within established clinical governance frameworks to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Engage with multi-disciplinary teams and participate in relevant meetings
- Provide training and consultations to enhance support systems surrounding children and young people
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and support to families and children
- Facilitate workshops and support sessions for parents and caregivers on therapeutic parenting techniques
- Assist professionals in understanding and implementing strategies to promote placement stability
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in Counseling and/or Therapy
- Experience working with children, young people, and associated professionals
- Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of trauma, attachment theories, and the THRIVE model
- Experience in delivering group sessions and workshops
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Resilience and capability to perform well under pressure
- Possession of a valid UK driving license and readiness to travel as required
