Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate within established clinical governance frameworks to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Engage with multi-disciplinary teams and participate in relevant meetings
  • Provide training and consultations to enhance support systems surrounding children and young people
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions and support to families and children
  • Facilitate workshops and support sessions for parents and caregivers on therapeutic parenting techniques
  • Assist professionals in understanding and implementing strategies to promote placement stability

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in Counseling and/or Therapy
  • Experience working with children, young people, and associated professionals
  • Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of trauma, attachment theories, and the THRIVE model
  • Experience in delivering group sessions and workshops
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Resilience and capability to perform well under pressure
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license and readiness to travel as required
