We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Recruit 2 You. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the solutions department to ensure high-quality designs and effective sales processes.
  • Update and manage client information in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and present to clients.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and sales software.
Desirable:
  • Proficiency in CAD design and software.
  • Ability to travel regularly around the UK, with a valid driver's license.
