HR Administrator Opportunity

CPL is working in partnership with Ireland's leading wholesaler to appoint an experienced HR Administrator to join their successful team in Coleraine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the maintenance of multiple HR tracker spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and timely data recording.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the HR Management Software, PAMS.
  • Provide support with employee relations meetings, including drafting invitation letters and minute taking.
  • Set up inductions for new employees and create staff cards for all employees.
  • Support with absence management through care calls and communicate relevant information with line managers.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of HR Administration experience is essential.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can-do attitude.
