Your Role in Our Team:

  • Demonstrate empathy and responsiveness to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Foster a welcoming and secure atmosphere for both residents and staff.
  • Implement a personalized approach to care that respects individual preferences.
  • Encourage professional growth and training among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional standards of care by assisting residents with daily activities as needed.
  • Support the training and oversight of junior staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Respond to the Nurse Call system promptly, providing necessary assistance and communication.
  • Monitor and report on residents' well-being, collaborating with healthcare professionals as required.
  • Conduct regular wellness checks on residents at intervals set by senior staff.
  • Deliver comprehensive personal and emotional support to residents, managing care schedules for medications, hygiene, and other needs.
  • Accurately complete documentation and records in a timely manner, ensuring all care plans are up to date.
