We are seeking a skilled Viennoiserie Baker to join our team at The Bertinet Bakery in Bath. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for mixing, laminating, proving, baking, finishing, and decorating our delicious pastries.
Key Responsibilities- Mixing and laminating dough to create high-quality pastries
- Proving and baking pastries to perfection
- Finishing and decorating pastries to meet our high standards
- Working collaboratively with our team to meet production targets
- Experience in baking pastries and laminating dough
- Knowledge of continental pastry products and production methods
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- A competitive salary of £13.50 per hour
