We are seeking a skilled Viennoiserie Baker to join our team at The Bertinet Bakery in Bath. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of delicious pastries and baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mixing, laminating, proving, baking, and decorating pastries
  • Working with a pastry sheeter to create laminated pastry products
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality pastry products
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve production goals
Requirements:
  • Experience in baking pastries and laminated pastry products
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiative and a willingness to learn
