As a Uniform Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the upkeep of staff uniforms, ensuring they are impeccably clean, pressed, and maintained to the highest standards.

Your role will involve managing the distribution and collection of uniforms, as well as maintaining an accurate inventory, which is crucial for preserving the professional image of our establishment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Distribute and collect uniforms from hotel staff, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
  • Inspect uniforms for any signs of damage or wear, arranging for necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and pressing machines.
  • Ensure all uniforms are thoroughly cleaned, pressed, and prepared for use in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Organize and maintain the uniform room, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and adequately stocked.
  • Assist with inventory management, conducting regular counts and placing orders for new uniforms as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address uniform needs for special events or onboarding new staff.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations as well as hotel policies.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.

Compensation:
£12.60 per hour plus service charge
