About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Customer Assistant to join our team at Boots in Limerick, William Street store. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store during the busy Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering advice on our products.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the overall visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Participate in stock management and replenishment, ensuring that products are available for customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the Christmas period.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift and move stock, as required.
