About the Role
As a Sales Assistant at Mountain Warehouse, you will be the key point of contact with our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a great shopping experience. You will be an important part of the store team, working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Replenish stock, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is tidy and well-organized.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for selling and talking to people, who is enthusiastic, and has a hands-on attitude. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be able to maintain high standards of customer service.
