Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to support European Business Operations by providing Project Leadership as part of the Supply Chain & Technical Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Leadership & Support: Lead technical initiatives and provide support during new product introductions, evaluation of new business opportunities, and investigation/resolution of challenges in the manufacturing/supply chain for new and existing products.
  • Project Leadership & Support: Lead a range of Supply Chain & Technical Projects & initiatives to support the European Business Operations, including:
  • Evaluation of Project Scope & Requirements: Evaluate scope, resource requirements, budget, business case, and schedules for projects and initiatives.
  • Establishing Cross-Functional Teams: Establish and lead cross-functional project teams comprising internal and external subject matter experts.
  • Project Planning & Management: Develop and monitor detailed project plans, highlighting critical paths, key milestones, and external dependencies.
  • Project Delivery & Management: Provide direction and management to ensure that projects are consistently delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage project sponsors and stakeholders, developing a consistent and concise approach to reporting updates at all levels within the organization.
  • Supply Chain & Technical Work Streams: Lead supply chain and technical work streams to support the registration and commercialization of new products and territory launches.
  • Process Design & Implementation: Design and implement systems and methodologies to ensure an efficient, consistent, and transparent approach to projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 5+ years of Project Management/Leadership experience in an equivalent senior role within the Pharma Industry.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical development, licensing, and commercialization processes, including GxP Compliance, Regular Affairs, Supply Chain/External Manufacturing & Distribution.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certifications are desirable but not essential.
